The complaints side adds the safety story: search 2.24M owner complaints by vehicle, component, state or crash/fire involvement, and pull a one-call safety profile per vehicle — total complaints, crashes, fires, injuries, deaths and the top complained-about components (the 2014 Jeep Cherokee's POWER TRAIN, the Bolt EV's ELECTRICAL SYSTEM).
