A dedicated executive-orders endpoint covers every EO since the Clinton administration with number, signing date and president — filter by president (Obama: exactly 294) or signing-date range; friendly names like 'obama' and 'biden' resolve to the official identifiers. An agencies directory (with the slugs the filters expect) rounds it out. Responses proxy the official National Archives API with 1-hour edge caching, and the pagination quirk where the upstream floors page size at 20 is handled so pages never skip documents.
